Child Labour Policy

RVM Projects is committed to ethical business practices and full compliance with Indian labour laws, including the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986 (as amended) and the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

We strictly prohibit child labour.

• No person below the age of 18 years shall be employed or engaged in any work, directly or through contractors/sub-contractors, at any of our project sites, offices, or associated activities.

• We do not tolerate any form of child exploitation or forced labour.

• All workers (including contractual labour) undergo age verification through valid documents (Aadhaar, birth certificate, school certificate, etc.).

• We regularly monitor compliance at project sites and require our vendors/contractors to adhere to this policy.

• Any violation will result in immediate termination of engagement and reporting to authorities.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners. We promote fair labour practices, safe working conditions, and the welfare of our workforce.
